Confirm Your Booking

Please read the details of your proposal carefully and advise us of any details that may need amending.

Changes to your booking, within reason, can be made with the Education Officer until 7 days prior to your confirmed date.


To confirm your tour/s please review the following Terms and Conditions:

  1. Quoted prices may be subject to change as per Councils adopted Fees and Charges for each financial year.

  2. Groups will be invoiced after their tour date OR payment can be made on the day at each site via Purchase Card or equivalent.

  3. The minimum amount required to qualify for the group bookings rates is 15 paying attendees, even if actual numbers of attendance fall below this on the day, the invoice and/or payment must still reflect the minimum required numbers.

  4. Please ensure you arrive 15 minutes prior to your booked tour. If your group is late arriving this may result in shortened tours, this is at the venues discretion. Please advise your venue directly on the day if you are to be late or otherwise delayed, or contact your Education Officer.

  5. Group Tours can be customised to suit individual organiser's requirements including content and length - however, adequate prior notice of requirements is requested. Please contact the Education Officer with any requirements or concerns you may have.

  6. Still and video photographs for personal memorabilia are permitted to be taken within the sites of Western Plains Cultural Centre. Images should not be taken of the public without their expressed permission. The images taken may not be used or published in any form including, but not exclusively: newspapers, magazines or websites without prior approval from Dubbo Regional Council.

  7. You will be supplied with a Risk Management Plan after confirmation.

  8. Please ensure that our Tour Guides and our Facilities are treated with respect at all times and that there is adequate supervision to ensure this occurs.

  9. All attendees of bookings must at all times comply with Safety Regulations, Fire Regulations, Emergency Evacuation Procedures, and conditions of hire relevant to their venue.

  10. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Bookings cancelled within 7 days and 72 hours prior to your booking will be charged 20% of the booking cancelled.

  2. Bookings cancelled less than 72 hours prior to your confirmed date or if the booked group does not show up - the Organisation that booked will be charged 100% of the total booking cancelled
