Behind the Lines Cartoon Workshop with Glen Le Lievre

Do you like the idea of parachuting rats and talking milkshakes? These are some of the crazy ways that satirical cartoonists comment on our current political system. Join us of a two-day workshop with Glen Le Lievre 2021 BTL Political Cartoonist of the Year. Under his instruction, you will tackle a range of cartoon formats, from biographical comics and single gag, to strip and long-form illustrations.

Le Lievre has drawn for Fairfax, Playboy, Mad magazine and The New Yorker and is the Museum of Australian Democracy’s Political Cartoonist of the Year.

Attendees must be over 15 years of age.
