HomeGround holds a dedicated space within the Western Plains Cultural Centre Gallery programming, enabling Emerging Regional Artists living and/or practicing within the Central West Region of NSW to grow and develop their artistic practice. The programme focuses on emerging artists who are wanting and ready to expand their skills, who have the potential to extend their artistic practice, and who would benefit from the experience of working with a professional Gallery.
Successful Artists will collaborate and work alongside a curator to develop and realise their exhibition, experiencing all facets of the exhibition process; including professional practices of working with an institution, one-on-one studio visits to assist with aligning…
