Join us for a free banner-making workshop led by Changemakers artist, Tal Fitzpatrick. Tal Fitzpatrick uses embroidery, quilting, and applique techniques to create textile banners that explore challenging issues, attitudes, and behaviors that perpetuate unequal power relations.

About the Event

Join us for a free textile banner making workshop held in our Museum space for the exhibition Changemakers: Crafting a difference led by the creator of the banners in the exhibition, Tal Fitzpatrick. She is an Australian artist, craftivist and researcher best known for her creative and academic work in the field of Craftivism.


All materials provided for the workshop, however you are welcome to bring craft supplies or materials you may wish to use.
