HomeGround Exhibition: A Launchpad for Emerging Artists in Central West NSW
HomeGround offers a dynamic opportunity to exhibit within the Western Plains Cultural Centre. Designed to empower emerging regional artists from the Central West Region of NSW. This annual program provides a unique opportunity for artists to grow and refine their artistic practice within the professional arts sector.
Focusing on emerging talent, HomeGround aims to expand the skills and potential of artists, offering them invaluable experience and growth. Successful applicants will have the chance to collaborate closely with a curator, gaining insight into all facets of the exhibition process. This includes a formal opening, artist talks, studio visits, and a range of promotional activities.
To be eligible for the HomeGround program, artists must live or practice within the highlighted red zone. Unsure if you qualify? Reach out to the WPCC Curatorial Team for assistance.
